Someone who likes to talk but not about other people unless its good stuff. A warm smile is really helpful and it has to be genuine otherwise it would not be warm. I'm good at counseling and so have a somewhat laid back . Let me say that does not mean i'm not outspoken or upfront,which I am. It means that everyone should be able to share without feeling what they have to say is not important. That may sound a little cliche but you'd be surprised at how people are afraid to communicate because of betrayal,gossip,or inconsiderate attitude. Did I say i'm perfect,no no no.
