I've been told I'm easy going and down to earth. Pretty good sense of humour,I love to laugh. Caring, loyal, giving, non-judgemental. I'm told I can be too giving sometimes. Don't know if thats really such a bad thing or not. I'm quiet at times.I just like to reflect sometimes. I'm told that I'm not fake and that seems to be a trait I have that people seem to like. What you see is what you get. Basically a nice fun guy who wants to appreciate life. We only get one stab at it.

The same qualities most of us are looking for I'm sure. I like people who are down to earth and easy going. Pretty, sense of humour, non-judgemental, honest, caring. Someone who tries to take care of themselves physically as I do. Im not a fanatic about it though when it comes to working out. A little junk in the trunk is fine by me I am not looking for a supermodel. Someone trying to find a partner for life. Family oriented,as I have 3 older kids. Preferabally someone who has had kids of her own, however thats not written in stone. I dont care if the person has some issues in their life. We all have baggage, its how you carry it that matters.

My funniest life experience:

|
A number of years ago a girlfriend I had and myself were at a laundromat washing clothes. After the dryer was done I put the basket under the door since the dryer was a few feet off the floor. I thought I'd save myself some repetitive reaching in and pulling the clothes out by sticking my upper body into the dryer and hauling as much at one time. We both picked up our baskets and headed over to a folding table. As we were walking to the table I noticed some people were looking our way with odd expressions. I just ignored it and we continued chatting and arrived at our table. At some point my girlfriend looked my way during our conversation and did a double take as she did so. Next thing I know she is laughing instantly and pretty much collapsed on the table. She's wiping tears from her eyes and I'm thinking to myself, okay what is so funny. I like to wear baseball caps sometimes and when I do i tend to wear them backwards. She reaches up still laughing and pulls a pair of underwear that had landed on my head as I had pulled my clothes out of the dryer. So here I had walked around this laundry room with my underwear decoration dangling from my baseball cap. I felt a little embarassed but at the same time got a pretty good chuckle out of it myself.

I really like action and comedy movies. There's a surprise eh ladieslol.
I loved the Lord Of The Rings. Some other movies I liked are,The Departed,
Saving Private Ryan, Liar Liar, Bandits, Under The Tuscan Sun,was surprised I liked that one. I like movies that are based on true facts. Some of my favorite actors and actress' are Will Smith, Bruce Willis, Johhny Depp, Hiliary Swank,
Rene Zellwenger, Meryl Streep. The oldies are some of my favorites as well. As
a young boy I had the biggest crush on Doris Day. She was the cats meow in my books.

I pretty much like all types of music, except for Rap (blah). Rock & Roll being on the top of the list for me. Some of my favorite artists are Aerosmith, AC/DC,

I just try to be myself regardless of how other people are. I learned that not everyone is gonna like me in this world and that's okay. I know I'm not gonna like everyone I meet in life. I'm comfortable with myself and thats what makes me feel at ease around other people. I can be a little shy at first but I come out of my shell if I like the people around me. I believe some of the traits I have that may make people feel comfortable around me is that I am real easy going, down to earth. At least I hope those make people feel comfortable around me.

I won't get into details on this but I do belive you have to be able to compromise. If your not willing to do this than there could be some real ramifications your gonna deal with at some time I believe.

I am very willing to meet someone from this service. If I wasn't I'd be wasting my time filling out these questions. Don't you think? Yes I have met someone off the net before. We were involved for 2 years. The problem was we lived 800 miles apart. She was American and of course I'm Canadian. We did meet a number of times. To make a long story short, in the end it was just too hard for the both of us.

Are you ready to start from scratch?

As I stated earlier, I am ready, willing and able to start something new with someone. It's been roughly 4 years since I have been involved with someone. For no other reason than that is just how I wanted things to be at the time. I
know I'd like to have that someone special in my life. I'm still young,healthy,
attractive and feel I have a lot to give and share of myself with someone. Well thats my pitch ladies. I hope it catches someones eye or fancylol!My best wishes to everyone and happy searching.

My typical day:

A perfect date to me would consist of a a few things. There would be an attraction to each other from the start. That my date and I would both feel at ease with each other and could just enjoy whatever it is we were out doing. Some good conversation and fun. Regreting that the night has come to an end but also knowing we're both looking forward to our next encounter. A day in my life is rising early in the a.m. and heading out to work. When work is over I come home and usually take a bit of time to just chill. Some down time I guess you could say. I than may workout or check my e-mail to see if you have tried to contact me yet.(hint,hint) I may get together with some friends or just stay in and watch some tv or do some drawings. Perhaps you'll sit for me so I can do your portrait or attempt tolol. Than it's off to bed by myself (sigh) with whatever book I may be reading, until I nod off and it hits me in the face. Pretty nostalgic life I lead.lol.

Some things I would like to do that I haven't are white water rafting. I'd like to travel and see some of this big old world we live in. I'd love to go on a safari in Africa or Australia. I always thought it would be awesome to see and draw animals in their natural enviorment. There is more but you'll have to ask.
