So I'm headed to the gym, and run into a group of my friends from work. It's a nice day out, so they insist I drop the health routine and gorge myself on kabobs and hookah smoke instead. I say no thanks, it's a cardio day. They persist and even get an old man to chime in on things. Not wanting to dissapoint everyone and be antisocial, I decide to switch out the cardio day with abs instead (shorter workout, so I can go to the gym later on). This all ends up working out really, really, really well for me. How well, you ask? Well, let's just say a kabob or two into things, the gym gets blown up. Seriously, true story of how fatty food and laziness saved my life.
