I am a casual but passionate person with a dry sense of wit. I seem to set people at ease when hanging out. I have a problem with focus but my desire to get to know the person usually wins out. I love adventure and am active in that pursuit whether it be the outdoors in the northwest or overseas missions. I am a leader in the sense that I feel called to be one. I dont know if I am that skilled in it but it seems to be where I gravitate to in most situations. I am humble to admit my mistakes yes, I do make em from time to time. I am quick to resolve conflict most of the time. But I also dont like conflict. So there is that awkward balance there. Just turned 36 and still see the world through childlike glasses alot. Maybe it's because I spend most of my time with students. They are the fountain of youth, I guess.

I haven't been able to fall in love with them for some reason. I think it is a combination of way too high standards and my fear of making the wrong decision my parents were divorced and I dont want to make the same mistake. I also am doing some pretty unique things in life which would take a special lady to want to join me in basically christian ministry to college students.

I would like to meet someone who has a good godly confidence in themselves as well as an authentic nature that is easy to get to know and enjoys a good sense of humor. If we cant laugh, well. forget it. And this goes without saying that we must share a common vision in reaching out to our world for Christ. The qualities I would like in a person aren't as important as the qualities I would like in our relationship as a result of that person being in my life. If we cant glorify Christ together more than we could alone, then what's the point?
