I am pretty easy going, I'm intelligent and have a good sense of humor about things, but I am also kind of on the shy side as well.

I do not like people who I like to call "fake". I want to meet someone who is what I see, basically what you see is what you get type of thing, I'm coming off a bad relationship so I'm looking for someone who isn't a cheater or a pathological liar.

Someone who is honest, trustworthy, just someone who will treat me well. I treat anyone with the greatest respect they deserve. I'm also looking for someone who is intelligent, I don't need anyone who is super-smart because I know I sure am not. Also if you are just plain a nice person, thats what I am looking for.

I like everything from Enya to Eminem. Some of my favorites include Metallica, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Eminem and the Eagles.

Bottome line, if you are being yourself, then I will be myself. If you have a good/great sense of humor then that will totally allow me to open myself up. I always try and make a joke here and there, just to try and get you to smile.

Are you willing to compromise in difficult times and situations?

I am always willing to compromise, the problem I've had is when the person I'm dealing with doesn't. There hasn't ever really been a time when I compromised when I didn't want to. "Give Up" is not in my vocabulary.

I'm very willing to meet people on here, I've met some people off the internet before, and the results, although it took a while, aren't what I was hoping for. I'm just on here to try and find some new friends, and if it turns into something more then that would be wonderful.

Are you ready to start from scratch?

If I meet someone on here, then that would be me starting from scratch. Right now I am going through a divorce, and that would be nice to have behind me before I start fresh with someone else, but it isn't something that is tying me down from starting over with someone else.

A perfect dating experience for me would be when both people talk about themselves, but not excessively. Just having a good time, and of course a second date would be perfect.

I wouldn't mind trying hiking, or maybe camping. I have a little issue with heights, but I do my best to not let that get in my way when I try new things.
