well it depends on what shift i am working as of 12/27/06 i am going back to nights for about 2 months so i will probly sleep until 4pm and then get up and be at work at6pm until 530am i will then go work out before i come home and then its time to clean house wash clothes or what ever needs to be done and i will try to be in bed by 10am
