My typical day:

I get up at 5 AM get the girls fed ready and out the door. Then I'm at work by 8 and see the first atient at 830. Spend the day on the phone, seeing patients, doing paperwork, ordering tests, filing charts. finally get out of there about 20 minutes to 6. Speed to get the kids, get home about 630, by this time they are both crying because they are hungry, so we rush inside and the oldest feeds the baby while I microwave dinner. Then it's bathtime, bedtime for baby, homework time for big-sister, followed by a million reasons that she can't go to bed. I finally get her into bed, and she's asleep by 830.
