The perfect date experience. I'd say it depends on how much you have gotten to know each other. If you've talked and chatted a lot and you're positive there's chemistry then go do something that's a mutual interest. For me, a Cavs game would be awesome! Extra points for good seats. If it's a date that happens fairly quickly, it would be a quiet place like a martini or wine bar would be great. Somewhere where there aren't a bunch of rowdy drunks and loud music.
