Well earlier today (02/06/08) I was making Chipolte Cheddar Mac and Cheese sauce at work, and was pouring heavy cream into my sauce 6 quarts at a time like I always do. Went to take 6 from the counter to the pot on the stove and the center 2 fell out, then the other 4 fell, leaving me with my face, chef's coat, pants and shoes covered in about 3 quarts total of heavy cream. Then had to walk through a kitchen of aholes to get to the bathroom to clean up. Funny HUH?
