People say that I am:
I am outgoing, friendly approachable, honest, spontaneous, steady, fun to be around, a good cook.

I am looking for:
I look for
I am looking for a personality like:
In others I am drawn to those who are bright, logical, creative and curious about the world and the ideas of others. When it comes to personal issues I share intimate issues with close friends. I enjoy developing new and close friends from those who I am drawn to and with whom I make intimate connection.
I am approachable, friendly, optomistic, grateful, and hopeful. A good belly laugh never hurts. (I can always throw in some synicism if the scene requires or is appropriate).

My typical day:
The date that is most "perfect" has nothing to do with the activity, but has a lot to to with the world outside myself and my date fading into the background. That's perfect.
I am also looking for friends who like to bike and kayak. I have trouble finding time. I haven't bought a kayak yet but am planning on it soon. My work schedule gets fairly demanding and sometimes weekends get sucked into my work schedule. I could be pursuaded to balance work/play better.

My Wish List Includes:
If I die when I reach 150 and I keep busy till then I'm sure there will be things that I still want to try. I'd like to completely change my career from social services to a career in Earth Sciences. I want to take endless kayak trips. (including white water for which I have no skill and am completely fearful. I'd like to successfully hunt with a bow and arrow. Build a log cabin with contemporary lines and fill it with antiques. I like to manage a food bank or lobby for recycling legislation. I want to do some quilting, read the Bible, catch up on my reading, get both my knees replaced, Visit Isreal, China, Bankok and everywhere else (assuming it were safe to do so). I'd like to establish a coffee house in pittsburgh in an old house which doubles as an art gallery and antique shop. If I won the lottery, I would become a philanthropist and follow my gifts around and make sure the money was spent the way I chose it to be. I'd start a magazine for women over 55 and be a model.
