Kind, caring, thinks of other people instead of myself. I have a lot of compassion for people and I try not to judge. Judging is not my job, that's Our Heavenly father's job. My friends tell me that I have a different outlook on life than most people would have after being through what I have been through. I am a fighter and survivor, with a big heart for others. that I am a very sensitive person.

I haven't really dated a whole lot since I have been alone, but what really bothers me are people whom seem to think that sex is the most important thing in life. I do not plan on having a sexual relationship until I am married.
I have a friend whom puts drinking before his children and I am really bothered by that.

I would like to find someone that is very caring and understanding. Definately do not want someone whom abuses or manipulates women. We have feelings too. I would like to find someone whom will love and care unconditionally. I guess I am looking for that right man that would treat me like a lady and not a piece of property.

My funniest life experience:

My daughter was about 7 yrs. old (she is now 23) and her night like quit working. She brought me the night light and I changed the bulb and turned the switch on and told her that it must be broke and I would go get her a new one. She looked at me with those blue eyes so seriously and said "momma, don't you think that it might work with electricity"? I was so embarrassed, because we had company at the time. I told her "yes honey, that might help. She still laughs about that to this day.

I don't watch too many movies, but I am very much into watching the CSI's, Law and Order, cold case files and them type of shows. I used too watch alot of movies when my kids were all home, but I do not like watching them alone.

I enjoy good country music, gospel and classic country. Some of my favorite are Conway Twitty, George Jones, Vince Gill, Dolly Parton and Hillsong. My most favorite to listen to is my daughter, whom has a beautiful voice and just didn't take it to the limit.

I am not a judgemental person, just cautious. I have learned to be myself more by talking with my best friend. I use to let people push me around and step on my toes and never open my mouth, but I have learned to stand up for myself because of my friend. She told me that I deserved better than that. I do not like to be with anyone that I feel that I am walking on egg-shells, been there and done that.

I have spent most of my life compromising, so it's just my way I guess. I really don't have one time that I didn't want to. I just try to keep problems down.

I am looking for a new beginning. I was married for 20 years and have been divorced for almost 3 years. I had left about 2 years before divorcing. I want an honest, faithful and trusting relationship that does not involve abuse.
