I'm up early to take my dogs out for a walk 5:30 am then breakfast and get ready for work head out to work ( carpenter) After work take the dogs for a two hour run. Prepare supper after supper head to the gym for an hour workout e back home relax with a good book and a tea or coffee. Weekend differs accordingly.
