though I tend to prefer moderate rock music. the best i can

I'm willing to meet people from this and other services so long as I
know some things about them first and they have a low score on my
creepy-o-meter.
I've met people from the internet before, just not for dating or other
personal things. rather things like meeting local people from tech
forums with a group of other trusted friends.
I'd really like to have an e-mail / messaging foundation with someone
before I meet them though to get a feel of who they are, what they are
about and what they are looking for.
I'm definitely looking for meet for dating, long term relationships,
sex partners, or even just friends (though i'd prefer some kind of
romantic and or sexual relationship in my life sometime soon)

My typical day:

First Date:
If I feel that we know each other ahead of time, take-out and watching
a rented movie at either her or my place is a pretty good place to
start. It's a good way to get to know one another while also having
something else to do while also having privacy.
If i don't know the person ahead of time, perhaps going to a
middle-class restaurant and grabbing a bite, then maybe off to have a
little more fun, perhaps a nice walk or maybe going to a cafe for
coffee and some pleasant conversation.
I'm up for pretty much anything, but I prefer to make going to the
movies a good second or third date as when you are at the movie
theater, it's difficult to converse with your date and actually learn
what they are like and whatnot. Also, I really don't mean to sound like
a cheapskate, because I'm not, but I like to keep my first dates
reasonably simple, both because if it is a flop for whatever reason
there's minimal investment, but also, because the simpler things
usually require the most interaction to actually be fun. like going out
for coffee or walks or whatever. the time is less dependent on a
structured activity and more dependent on interacting with a date.

find and get a good stable job that allows me to pay for everything my

find a woman who understands me as a person who enjoys similar
interests and my company / affection who I can have long conversations
with and not get bored, who I am attracted to, who is particularly
libidinous as well as playful, intelligent, and funny. (description in
