My typical day:

I get up at 6:00 a.m. and get in the shower. I then get ready for work, eat breakfast and make a lunch. I go to work from 7:30 to 5:30 p.m. When I get home I normally figure out what I want to eat for dinner and eat. Then I will workout (every other day), and I usually go for a ride on my crotch rocket. I do this Mon thru Fri. I do whatever on the weekends.
