On a scale of 1-10, the most important thing is honesty/fidelity, followed by intelligence, compassion, willingness to communicate, passion, strength of morals as well as body, willingness/need to touch and be touched, emotional stability, financial stability, and last but not totally least (we have to be honest after all) looks.

My funniest life experience:

It wasn't funny at the time (to my parents) but I get kidded about it even now, 2 decades later.
I was asked by our minister to sing a solo at church one Sunday when I was about five years old. I trotted my little self up to the stage where I suddenly couldn't think of a thing to sing. Until I saw my Uncle Bill sitting on the second pew, smiling at me. I smiled back and immediately burst into song.
Ever heard the song "Mountain Dew?" It goes like this."My Uncle Bill has a still on a hill where he cooks off a gallon or two. The buzzards in the sky get so dizzy they can't fly, from smellin' that good ole Mountain Dew."
Suddenly I realized that everyone in the congregation was suffering from some sort of cold, as everyone was coughing into their hands and getting red faced. Especially my Uncle Bill. I finished my song and went back to sit by my grandfather. Later that day, he explained to me that there were songs that were meant for church, and some for his front porch (where he'd been when he taught me that song). I asked him the million dollar question "Why? Isn't God in both places?"

I like almost any movie except horror or war. I enjoy comedies, thrillers, animated, and of course "chick flicks"

My favorite all time music would have to be Dr. Hook's ballads. I don't like much that's being recorded anywhere right now. It's all 'flash and mirrors' and I prefer a little 'soul.' I like songs that tell a story.lyrics I can understand and melodies I can hum or sing along with.

I enjoy a good sense of humor, especially when it "meshes" well with my own. I am told that I am very easy to talk to, and I hope they were right. I enjoy meeting new people, and I rarely meet a stranger. I can usually find something good in almost anyone.

I have met quite a few people in person that I first met on the Internet. I have had a fairly long relationship with someone that I met online, but it ended when he chose his job over me. I am dead serious about wanting to find the last love of my life. At first this whole 'internet dating' thing seems like a wonderful big old 'man buffet' but then you realize that most of the items on the buffet are tainted in one way or another. Like any other venue of meeting people, it's not easy to find the one person that you were truly meant to be with.

It would be very hard for me to move very far from my current location, as I've just started a new business. If I met the right person however, I would go to the ends of the earth. My heart is free and ready for love. I just need to find the right person to fill it, and give me the chance to give back ten-fold what I am given.

The perfect date would be meeting someone that I've gotten to know a little bit through emails, IM and phone. I'm pretty easy to please, I'm as happy taking a picnic to the river to watch a sunset as I am going to a five-star restaurant (OK, actually, I'd PREFER the picnic!) I own horses, want to go for a ride? Or maybe walk to a local waterfall and enjoy an afternoon nature watching? Or just meet somewhere for a burger and talk?

I have met my worst fear, so very little scares me any more. I am starting a new business, and I admit that's a little scary, but I'm enjoying it immensely. I would love to hang-glide someday, and parachute jump. I'd love to ride horses on a beach someday as well. The closest I've come to it is taking one of my horses to the lake here.
