I usually don't bother with this question, but since it's such a big part of my life -
I'm very into experimental music in general, but the genres I live for are rock and metal. I write and perform in these areas, and I keep up with the metal scene fairly well. Some of my favorite groups include: Dead Can Dance, Radiohead, Into Eternity, Genesis (before Peter left), Dream Theater, Ani Difranco, Pink Floyd, Tori Amos, Death, Kovenant, Porcupine Tree.

Perfect date experience? I think the keyword would be casual. I like feeling relaxed - and I'd want to get to know you better, look for that chemistry if it's there. Meeting for drinks in a quiet place works, like a coffeeshop or a quieter bar. I'm down with movies, live music, etc. but these can make it hard to talk. We could just hang out and argue over whether Snoopy could understand Woodstock or not.or discuss the merits of grapenuts vs. cat litter. lol.

The future could be anything! I like that feeling - knowing that it isn't set in stone. Not that I don't make plans, I do. I believe that a necessary duty of a thinking mind is goal-making over the stretch of a whole lifetime - and then on the short term I like to think of just what will make me happy.
I want to keep expanding the comfort zone - better job, better home, dearer familiars, etc. My ambitions fall directly into my wish list as well - I'm a musician and a writer, and I have goals associated with these that are very dear to me.
