I have very eclectic tastes as well. From Classical music to trance and soft techno. That includes Jazz, Rock, Pop, World music, Alternative, Dance, Electronic, etc. I try though to avoid hip hop, rap and noisy things. I cannot say I have a favorite group/singer. I like to listen to different type of music depending on the event or my mood.

I'm really unexperienced regarding dating American girls and the few I had failed because of cultural barriers. Dating really differs between US and France and if you're willing to date me, you should be open minded and be willing to communicate a lot about what you want/like/expect.

Depends on the weather and my mood (yeah, I know it's esoteric ;o) ) I like a lot of activities and I'm opened in trying new things. I can just get my car and drive hundreds of miles to see a place to visit or just stay at home watching TV or a DVD.
Outdoor: hiking, trekking, camping, canoe, backpacking, traveling, skiing, ice skating, roller blade, shopping, hanging out, paintball, theme parks, festivals
Indoor: Internet, games (cards games, video games, etc), TV, DVD, cinema, writing, reading, music, cooking (I'm pretty good at that), art, theater and museum (depends which one), giving massages and other sultry things (oops lol you haven't read that)
I fact I guess I dont have enough time to do all what I like.
And of course, I work as research engineer in the TV/cinema area, specifically on video and visual effects.
