The ex and I had enrolled our daughter in a swimming class. A parent was required to accompany her into the pool. The water was freezing! The ex refused to take the plunge, so I had no choice but to jump in. Nikki didn't seem to mind the cold. Thank heavens, I didn't have to go in over my waist!
