About me. I am a very compassionate individual. I am passionate about many things in life. I am a registered nurse, who works in public health emergency preparedness. I love my down time when I can work on remodeling the house, wrap up with a good glass of wine and a book, or dinner out with friends. I am independent, but I know that there is something missing in my life. I am in search of a man who seriously enjoys time together. I have many interest but am always open to trying new things. I am a hard working woman, not afraid to get dirty and also can be the lady that I am as well. I am looking for a foundation of trust and honesty. A man with strength when he holds me, but has a way of making me tremble under his soft caress. I am looking for a man who likes planning, or just being spontaneous. I like a man who is not afraid to cuddle or dance without music. I want him to like having friends over, or just being alone. I would like him to enjoy family as spending time with family/friends is very important. I need a man who can be a gentlemen, but also have a devil inside that appears at the right moment. :) The most important things in my life are my son, family, friends, strangers, and their health. Finding time for those important things, like spending time with each other. Making time for those priceless moments. I would love to add one more to the more important things in my life I spend my free time doing things around the house whether it is repairing the lock on the door, cleaning, sealing the driveway I love being outside as much as I can whether it is mowing the yard, walks, bar b ques, boating, cross country skiing. I also like bowling, reading, watching sports, listen to music. Going out to a nice dinner and a movie, show. etc. I also just unwinding sometimes with a nice glass of wine. I have two jobs. I work part time as the Case Manager for the residents at one of the Adult Homes in Cooperstown, and I also work fulltime for the county health department. My role their is the public health emergency preparedness coordinator. I spend alot of time with emergency management and working on plans, designing drills, working with volunteer groups, responding as needed to hazmat incidents. My last vacation well that is a tough one, I haven't taken a vacation in a very long time. I enjoy the togetherness of going away and having a good time. I would love to go on a cruise at somepoint in my life, or visit Tuscany. So that week off I took, I spent one day out on Lake George with afriend and went for a hike another day. My best friend would tell you that I am a smart, pretty, kind woman who cares more about the feelings of others than her own. She would tell you I have been hurt a lot, because I care so deeply about people because there is such a deep connection.
