It would depend on the context in which I knew the friend. One work colleague told me she could never imagine me yelling or losing my temper. HA! Some consider me a great social organizer full of good ideas of how to have fun and places to go, getting people together and helping them make connections. Others know that I care a great deal about doing what's right and sometimes obsess when I feel I've done wrong. Overall, I fear people who know me well would note a tendency for negativity and an edge of bitterness perhaps warranted by some of life's vicissitudes - but something I'm working to change.

Hard question! Generally I think more about why I like my friends.
I guess my complaint about people I've dated would just be the standard one of guys wanting to have sex without any commitment. I don't like it when people are consistently late or undependable.

I'd really like to meet some new friends, and in the long run meet someone to share the rest of my life with. Met a few very nice men through the internet six years ago, but then decided to try a reunion with my ex huband (turned out to be a bad idea).

I'm ready to go! Daughters are pretty much grown; job is easy and leaves me with lots of free time. Could move if necessary, although it would be hard to leave this beautiful weather and scenery behind.

I always wanted to live in a Spanish-speaking country; planned to retire to Mexico with my husband now it looks like it'll have to be same plan, different man. It would be nice to travel to Europe again.
On the more generous side, I'd like to make more mental health support facilities/groups available to Spanish-speaking people board and care homes, social activities, classes for families.
