i was once slated to play the violin for my 3rd grade class recital. of course i didnt think i was ready and i promptly got scared and faked a tummyache (actual diagnosis!) it seems it was a group affliction because only one boy showed up to play in the recital and he had the drum. of course he recieved a standing ovation for his rendition of "Hot Cross Buns"!!
