The thing that irks me the most about past relationships (with friends or in romantic relationships) has got to be lying and/or lack of loyalty. Sometimes I think I'm TOO loyal and trusting because it usually comes back to bite me in the butt! LOL But I think I've finally found my Mr. Right. We met on a similar on-line dating site 7 months ago and we've been going strong ever since!! But I had to meet a LOT of 'toads' before I found my prince! The one that comes to mind is when my (then) 5 year-old son (he's 19 now) was struttin' through a store just a swingig his little ass around and he was YELLING "douche-bag.douche-bag.douche-bag.!!!" As I was running after him to clamp a hand over his mouth, he passed by an elderly woman (still yelling "douche-bag") and she was so shocked I honestly thought she was gonna pass out!!! LOL I finally caught him and said "S h! No! Dont say that!" He turned around and looked at me with those big, beautiful (and totally innocent) baby-blues and said "Why mommy? What's a douche-bag?"

As I've stated, I've been happily involved with Dave for 7 months. When he gets his degree in computer programming/engineering, we will be ready to start our lives together. Right now, living together just isn't an option.

My life is pretty boring during the week. I do in-home care. I take care of elderly ppl and/or shut-ins so my work hours are sporadic, at best! LOL On Friday afternoon, my guy comes over to see me and he stays here until Monday morning:-) We don't do a lot of going out or anything because his money is REALLY tight because he's currently in college. Yup.he went back at 43!! And I certainly don't make enough money at MY job to have a whole heck of a lot of fun! LOL I guess it's a good thing he and I enjoy each-other's company! :-P
