I feel that communication and compromise are huge factors, because without communication I have no idea (or well I can guess) about how you feel or what you would like to do. Then there's the fact that no one is ever perfect so there is going to be compromise somewhere. So I would think that with the combination of the , that it would bring more ease and a more relaxed atmosphere with one another. Since you know what they think and they like you for who you are in person rather than for other outside qualities or attributes you present.
