I swear this just happened last week. I was making a one-on-one presentation to a potential client. I sensed he was not the least bit interested. he kept looking at his watch and wasn't paying any attention to what I was saying. I finally said,"I don't think you are interested in what I am saying". He replied with a very weak answer. I packed up my projector and thanked him for his limited time. (He was rude!!!). As I was leaving I saw him tear up my business card and throw it in his trash can. He didn't see me watching him. I went back into his office and said, "Could I bother you for my business card back; I am out of cards and I have another appointment in 20 minutes!"
