It bothers me when the relationship seems to be going well then the guy disappears for no apparent reason. I'm a big girl (not literaly). If a guy decides I'm just not the girl for him for whatever reason, I can take it. Just say so.

I'm NOT looking for a guy half my age who is looking for an activity partner! I'm flattered, but don't waste my time young-uns.
I would like to find a guy who is also outgoing and energetic. No couch potatoes. I'm not looking for a rich man, but at my age, I expect a man to have a decent job, a home, and a car. Motorcycles, boats, airplanes and other toys are gravy. I have children so a guy must understand that until they are fully grown, they come first in my life. They are responsible teens, so I'm not too tied down.
I like outdoor activities, though I don't have as much time to spend outdoors as I'd like. I especially like hiking in the woods. I have a decent off road bicycle which I like to take on trails occasionally. I also have kayaks. I don't do anything thilling or dangerous. Easy trails and calm water for me.
I just bought a Harley Davidson Sportster. I used to ride motorcycles when I was young. Now that the kids are older I have more time to myself. Although it's February while I'm writing this, I've had the motorcycle out a couple time. What a blast!

I need to continue in my present situation. My daughters are in 12th and 9th grades. I want them to stay in the same school. They have had enough turbulence in their lives.

A perfect date for me would be a nice light meal in a quiet, ethnic restaurant. After that a stroll though a nice little town for window shopping, and perhaps stop for a drink. I have a Harley Davidson so I ride through some pretty country on a winding road would be nice too.

There are a couple famous trails I'd like to hike in the US. The Applachian and the John Muir trail come first to mind. There are some good trails in Scotland I'd like to hike. The West Highland Trail come to mind there. I'd like to go on a couple cruises. I'm not interested in the kind of cruise where there's corny entertainment and tons of food. There are cruises on modern sailing vessels and cruises with historical/natural themes. I'd like that.
