I think doing something that would give us a chance to talk more and get to know each other would be much better than the typical "dinner and movie" type of date. An example would be going bowling or to a zoo, roller-skating, miniature golf, etc. Haven't done any of these in many years, but it might be entertaining trying something like that again. I'm sure my date would at least get to do some laughing, which is cool with me. I laugh at myself all the time
