My funniest life experience:

The only thing that comes to mind was when our family was staying at a hotel and my 26 year old son and I were babysitting my daughter's 1 month old baby girl. He and I exited our room to go and find a restaurant and we were pushing a baby buggy. 2 ladies stopped us immediately and asked to see our child and congradulated us. Of course we had to explain it was not ours.

I find I compromise a lot in my life with my children and relatives. My son lives at home and often we will have family things to do and I had to agree to let him leave and go play before he had finished his project, namely sheetrocking the inside of the garage.

My typical day:

Up around 7:15, work at 8am, have a very short drive to work. I love my job and that is a plus these days. I have a long lunch, so I either run errands or go home and eat and play with my lab. I am off at 5pm. I have my own small business, so some evenings I am working on that. I also do volunteer work and go to church one night each week, so I keep busy.
