My life is undergoing something of a creative restructuring right now. I realize that sounds a little ominous, but I promise I'm not a recovering addict, I don't take any sanity pills, and I've never seen the inside of a prison, unless you count the old Spanish jail I toured in St. Augustine. I've taken a bit of a course correction and headed back to grad school for a career change, and I'm fairly close to graduation. I like to think of myself as an intelligent, witty, and open-minded guy, with a bit of a ranty, curmudgeony streak.

I realize that what I'm missing the most is someone who is smart enough to hold down an intelligent conversation, down to earth enough to have a good time wandering through Walmart making fun of things (such as that silly hat I'm trying on in the picture up there), and tolerant enough to put up with me. A difficult combination to find, but if you haven't been scared off yet, you probably fit the bill. If you like making fun of late night TV and movies without explosions, if you hate clubbing and are irritated by ignorance and stupidity, then keep reading. I'm looking for someone to have intelligent conversations and fun times with along the way. I prefer Bass to Budwiser, Lou Reed and the White Stripes to Celine Dion, and if even if you don’t, we might still get along, who knows?
