My typical day:
|
|
wake, at 5am, gym by 5:30, get home eat breakfast around 6:45, showered and dressed by 715, work at 730, lunch around 1130, back to work at 1230, 3times a week i go to the gym at 3PM, then it is off to home. hang out with the guys at the dorms, maybe drink a couple beers, watch a lil TV, 2 times a week i go to the gym at 8PM, and home and ready to settle down by 10. dont actually go to sleep until about midnight each night.
