I opened a women's group a year ago, and they just rewarded me a little today.so what they would say is 'fresh"- I'm the one who's always happy, always encouraging everyone else, always trying to make things run smoothly. Otherwise I'd say they would describe me as outgoing and very ambitious, someone who doesn't give up on anything I set my mind on doing. I also have a zillion hobbies and will try just about anything, within my abilities.

Things that have bothered me:

Feeling like I am being interviewed, like a man has a list in his head he's running through his mouth of "must haves." A date shouldn't be like that, it should be natural and easy enough after the two of us have spent a few times talking here. I also dislike being blown off without atleast any explanation. Have the guts to write and say you don't think we're right for each other, as I would do.

I’m searching for the man of my dreams, and I am not willing to settle for less. From my prior experience I know well what I don’t want, and just what qualities I am looking for in a man.
I’m searching for a man with enough similarities to me to easily have topics to discuss, whether serious or filled with laughter, our conversations will continually bring us closer and build good memories. At the same time, this man maintains his own interests, as I do mine. He’s intelligent, without trying to impress that he’s a brainiac. I love to learn, so he’ll then find me an avid listener. He enjoys being out in nature, not to climb Mt. Everest, but perhaps to go camping, enjoy a nice bike ride or kayaking, have picnics. If he doesn’t ADORE art shows, he’ll come to them with me (on occasion) anyway, as I’ll attend events for him that may not necessarily rock my world.
The man of my dreams has a career he truly enjoys, high self-esteem, a good sense of humor, chivalry and character. He takes care of his health (though he doesn’t need a six pack) and he cares what he looks like even when at home with just me. He wants a “forever” commitment as much as I, with someone who loves him on an equal basis, although neither of us will smother the other in dependency. He makes my head spin in ecstasy- he is not just a fabulous lover, he’s also my very best friend.

My funniest life experience:

I was at a private club in Chicago, had a crush on a great guy who was there, and managed, as I walked (intentionally) past him, to lose my high heel right under his table. It just slipped off and went flying, without any encouragement from me. If you don't like that one, how about the time I was three and fell head first into the septic tank when dad was working on it.

I don't want to be on this or any other site. I have met many Mr. Wrongs on sites, and will only stay on until I meet Mr. Right. So I am very willing to meet men here. And yes, I've met men through internet dating before.

Are you ready to start from scratch?

I need a divorce finalized which should happen in the next couple months after an almost two-year separation. Doesn't mean I don't date. We are just working out the financials and it will FINALLY be over. Divorce was my choice.

A perfect date would begin at a restaurant with wonderful ambience and food, and after, to a piano or jazz bar for some drinks and a little slow dancing, followed with a walk on the beach and from there, would depend on whom I am with.

I'd like to get a bike and start biking around Pinellas. I'd love to get out on a boat, which I haven't done yet since moving here. My wish list is my dream list is my goal list and that would be something I'd have to show someone in person. I dream BIG.
