Too many times people tell you what they think you want to hear. so I try really hard not to rely on what other people think (even if they are my friends). I am a hard worker. I have 3 jobs right now, and haven't had less than 2 in the last 3 years. I work at a homeless shelter, a counseling center as a community support worker with children ages 3-18, and for the holidays at a coffee shop/bookstore.
I am honest, sometimes, a little too honest. I say what I feel and I won't say it unless I mean it. Even with honesty, I do know when to hold my tongue.
I love people, I love helping people. I feel that if I can make life easier or just a little bit better for just one person, then my life is worth something.
