Do your have a Proxy or Firewall turned on? This is what might be logging you out of the site. The windows firewall should work fine, but if you have an extra firewall or proxy set up, you might be getting logged out of the site for security purposes. Turn it off and try again.

If that doesn't seem to be the problem, it is possible that your cookies are turned off in your browser. If your browser is not allowing cookies, you would be receiving this message very consistently. Try logging back in. If this problem persists, please follow the directions below and TURN YOUR BROWSER COOKIES ON!



Updating your IE cookie settings

Follow these instructions to make sure your IE 6.0 browser is not blocking our cookies.

• Click on Tools then Internet Options
• Select the Security tab
• Make sure the slider bar is set no higher than Medium
• Next, select the Privacy tab at the top of the window
• Move the slider to the bottom to select Accept All Cookies
• If you don't have a slider, click on Advanced. Make sure that "Accept All Cookies" is checked
• Click Apply at the bottom of the window then Ok
• Close all your browser windows and try accessing our site again with a fresh browser window

If you're still having trouble accessing our site try a different web browser, we recommend Firefox as the best all around browser anyway.
