My typical day:

I wake up around 7:30 am and have a cup of coffee. I work on the computer for awhile at 10:00 am I teach a two Hour kickboxing class.I go to lunch and then go swimming untill 3:00pm. I teach a jiu-jitsu class from 4:30 -5;30 and again from 5:30 to 6;30 pm these are both kids classes. 6:30pm until 8:30 I teach an Adult MMA or Jiu-Jitsu class. The day ends watching Fox news.
