I was making out with my ex-wife in a car parked next to a secluded lake. She had just removed her clothes when we heard a tapping on the window. It was a cop who asked us to leave. I got out of the car wearing my skivvies and had to ask my wife to dress in front of the cop so we could leave. At the time it was upsetting, but afterward it was pretty funny. The look on her face and mine when he tapped on the window was priceless.

In a crisis I tend to issue orders and expect the emotional fallout to be dealt with after things have settled. If something is a point of ethics, dogma or moral codes I am willing to listen and be convinced, but if we can't agree, I can't compromise.
