Down to Earth. Down right funny, and warped, in a GOOD way. I can see the humor in anything (the world and the people in it, are nutty things to witness! Good grief! Just look around!). I am sweet and sassy, independant, upbeat, witty, SMART and intuitive (no, I can't read minds. grin), tall and slender, pretty enough, sincere, excellent listener, loyal, devoted, sophisticated & sexy, sensual AND a tomboy, all rolled into one (for the right guy). NOT an arrogant NOR a mean bone in my body. I KNOW when to shut up ;), and, I KNOW when to stand up.
I don't mind a discussion, but arguing isn't for me, we can agree to disagree on things, as well.
Protective and loving toward my mate, stand together SIDE-BY-SIDE, and hold on to each other through thick and thin. I'm a ONE MAN woman and love it that way.
I'm a strange mix of love and sweetness, home/nature/gardener/animal lover, a mechanic/computer/techno geek/woodworker/CEO's dream, I'm curious about EVERYTHING AND LOVE TO LEARN AND UNDERSTAND the world and people around me.
I tend to get a bit spunky if someone I love is hurt for lack of courtesy, or bullying other people just because they can. THAT kind of thing gets my back up a bit.
But, in contrast, I'm very slow to anger, otherwise. I look toward the present and the future. I see the consequences of my actions, long before I make them, at least, USUALLY! (But I'm 'human', so?).
From the Executive Board room to mucking stalls (hm. NOT much difference in those two, come to think about it. lol), I'm comfortable and happy no matter where I'm at. Happy in jeans and boots, to short and sassy, to long and elegant.
I'm NO Pollyana nor a princess. But I sure enjoy being myself!!!
However, once in a COMMITTED relationship, POOLING EVERYTHING (heart, mind, soul, $) together, is what's it's all about to me. But, I don't have anything against pre-nups. lol.
And I BELIEVE IN SHARING EVERYTHING I HAVE WITH MY MATE.

*Vindictiveness, pushy, conceitedness, holier than thou-types, name calling, put downs, uncontrolled tempers, retaliation, equals *BAD JUDGEMENT*, certainly NOT appealing. *Jealousy kills a relationship, so why bother?
*I detest games and refuse to play them.
*I am NO WHERE NEAR how the general populace see women IN GENERAL. I grew up with ALL guys in the family (Okay, my Mom DOES count ;), so I'm not the "typical" emotional female. I have my emotions, but have mellowed through the years, (but STILL sentimental as heck).
*People who tell you what you want to hear or omitting important information, RATHER than the TRUTH. *Playing or toying with someone's heart or emotions. *Lying, cheating, not being an "open" person, UP FRONT. *"Woulda, coulda, shoulda" people (stay in reality folks). *People who "dumb down". *Arrogance, self centeredness, ornery, stubborn people, need not even say a word to me.
*Saying anything to get me into bed, NOT going to happen. tsk, tsk. {That's for someone very special. Very special).
*I don't believe in cheating or beating (physical or mental).
*Guys who want ME to take care of them financially, NOPE.
*FINALLY, trying to make a relation made FROM sex IS NO relationship & rarely lasts, BTW (watched my brothers do that for years, the ruddy turkeys.). *In-equality, or injustice. *Please to NO metros, NO mama's boys, NO weirdos, NO clingy/desperate men, NO man that can't rely on himself to bring himself happiness.
*Being a young widow (how I DETEST THAT word. To me, I'm a young woman who's husband died much too early in life, which makes more sense to my brain and heart.)

MY life is all about making wishes and dreams come true, the spark of life and, NOT just FOR ME! Even AFTER THE WORST OF THE WORST.
You get the happiness YOU MAKE. I did just that for almost 18 years, and it's true. Even after the unexpected, sudden death of my husband (abdominal aortic aneurysm at the age of 47, which kills 75% of those whom even don't know they have it!!!) a couple of years ago, ALL of which, makes me understand that it still rings true.
Life is WHAT you make it, be determined to succeed and make the very best of it! Put a smile on YOUR face and see how much of a difference there is in the world, once you do!!!!!! With a smile on your face, you not only brighten YOUR world, but all those who see you!

WAY too many! I look at life with an offbeat sense of humor! Here's ONE. Riding full speed on my mare (wanting to put her through the barrels), hoarding the saddle, then a sudden 90 degree right hand turn on a quarterhorse ( she wanted sweetfeed instead), so my boots (feet included) were thrown through the stirrups UNDERNEATH the horse? Heck of a time getting down. All I know is, I laugh at myself ALL the time. Curve balls out of the blue are a natural way of life. It's not the years that matter, it's the miles. NOT the ones you simply 'drive'. The experience, journey, and perspective makes the person.

Lord of the Rings, Ghostrider, Face/Off something that takes you away from daily thoughts or duldrums. Oldies, westerns, sci fi, thrillers. The parrots LOVE horse racing or dressage, if that matters to anyone but them. :) *That's part of the reason the birds are QUIET, they love cartoons like regular kids!

I grew up Catholic/Morman but turned extremely spiritual NOT religious, with a Native American/Buddhist/environmentalistic bend; and live my life trying to help others, especially any one or thing, that cannot stand up for itself during trials or tribulations.
I love to horseback ride, motocross, scramble rocks/mtns, nature walks, gardening, camping, dancing. I'm up for all kinds of new experiences in the city or the country!

My typical day:

I've never had a 'typical' day in my life ;)!!! Who'd want that??? Own my own home, vehicles and business. Alternate belly dancing, yoga, pilates, kick boxing, and weights daily. Make my own hours, fire myself for time out, then rehire myself . Play with my animals, go 4 wheelin, hikin , bikin (yep, own that too), anything outdoors unless it's below zero :), major gardening. Over all, just down to earth things. I'm comfortable in a Board Room, or shoveling manure. Clean up well, but not afraid of getting dirty or breaking a nail. But, I'm s oo far from conceipted, vindictive, judgmental, or ornery I don't believe in retribution, as that only brings you to a lower level. (that's for One in a higher position to judge than me, myself, or I). I forgive fairly easily, but don't forget (once bitten, twice, well, you know). I just, plain and simply, LOVE LIFE. It's too precious to play games with!!! Breathing on a bad day is preferrable to any alternative!!! ;) Be responsible, but take the time out to LIVE, LAUGH YOUR GUTS OUT, and SMELL SOME ROSES FOR A CHANGE :) Every day has something really nice about it, even if you HAVE to dig for it! lol!

HEY, WISHES COME TRUE! I'm up and walking after a heck of a surgery! I did get to go the Renaissance Fesitival (so that's 2 wishes fulfilled, wasn't sure the leg would like it much).
Keep readin'.
I have most of what I wish for already.
I want to hot air balloon, ride horses & motorcycles, take care of my kids (parrots, dogs, cat, [ferret had to find another home, he liked "chicken too much" dang, but he's happy and running with others of his kind and LOVED] and froggers and fishies), and have a nice quiet rut for a HOME life.
I'm only an hour away from the Denver Metro/Colorado Springs area, so I can jump back into city life for a night on the town and jump back home again.
My company to jettison to the moon and back (*PHYSICAL TRAINING/Conditioning, & METAPHYSICAL/FENG SHUI/JEWELRY/ANTIQUE STORE-FRONT OPENING IN AUGUST, ! (working on NUMBER 3 WISH, keep the fingers crossed for me on this becoming a great way to make a living and enjoy life)!!!
To watch the stars. Enjoy love and being loved once again. I would wish to be in some very special man's heart, and he in mine in DUE TIME.
*So many things left to do, and some to do REPEATEDLY! LOL. Thank the Heavens above, SUMMER HAS JUST BEGUN, MY FAVORITE TIME OF YEAR! ;)
