It depends on the situation. I have compromised alot of my life to raising other mens children. I only have 1 son of my own and he is grown and not living at home. My exhusband and exboyfriend both had custody of their children I have raised 7 children. After getting attached to children in a realtionship, the children are the ones that suffer the most after the relationship is over. I still have alot of contact with these children.
