Yes, I have met people off the internet. This site is just another way to put my feelers out there to meet up with people I might pass by anywhere I may be. I'm a little more cautious about this stuff, because I find it's too easy to hide behind words on a webpage. Everyone knows that you won't find out everything we type on these profiles the first time you meet someone. I, and a few others I've met, find that people hide behind their profiles because the truth is that they (the people you may meet online) have something else in mind in contrast to what their profile says. I prefer meeting people the old-fashioned way, but the dating sites can be fun!

I'm not going to lie. I got out of a long term relationship back in February with a girl I thought I wanted to marry. I'm not going to go back to her no matter what the situation is, because it's impossible for it to work out. I just want to find someone else that I can love more than that. I won't be bringing in any baggage and I am ready to start all over and feel what I once felt with someone new.

Hmm. The perfect date. I'd try to figure out something she would like to do beforehand and hopefully please her by making it something that we mutually enjoy. The conversation won't go dry and after we part ways I might get the urge to run down the street dancing with lightpoles until I get back to reality and then I'll sing happy songs to myself in the car on the way home because it all worked out perfectly. I know that sounds dorky, and so storybook, but I've felt that way before. And from this I know those are the best times.

I hope to travel to each of the 50 states before I die. I already have 27 under my belt, so I'm well on my way.
I have been to Canada, England, France, Spain, and Morocco. I would love to go back to these places or somewhere else. I'm attempting to set my cash aside for a trip to Mexico right now.
