I am very much a typical woman …I love to shop, watch romantic comedies and love to cook but I am not typical in that I love to watch football and go to baseball games. I grew up in the TV generation and am not ashamed to say I enjoy TV and TIVO is the greatest invention in the last ten years. I value my friends and family and know I would be nowhere without them. I am in a wheelchair but it hasn't stopped me from getting what I want and pleasing my partner. My disability in no way defines me but has a lot to do with the person that I have become. I like someone who is compassionate, intelligent, loves to laugh but has a serious side also. I want someone who is psychologically minded but who can laugh at themselves. I want someone who likes new experiences, who is easy to talk to and has a great smile. He also has to be openminded and thoughtful. I have a big beautiful golden retriever labrador cross so he must love dogs and cats too. Currently I feel I am in a good place in my life but I would love someone to share my zest for life. I grew up listening to old soul artist like Stevie Wonder, Earth, Wind and Fire, The Jackson five. I was teen and in my 20's during the 80's so I love Prince, Madonna and 80's dance music. I got into Jazz in recent years and love Diana Krall, Tuck and Patti and Michael Buble. Currently I have a very diverse musical taste. I can listen to anything from Rob Thomas to Joss Stone to Usher.
