I was at a picnic where my brother was coming to the picnic table to sit down with a plate of food in one hand a drink in the other, but instead of paying attention that the bench didn’t extend across to the table where he was going to sit down, as he is talking away, he stepped up to the table, and without looking he stepped over the phantom bench with one foot, then lifted the other foot over, and tried to sit down. Well, he fell to the ground, but to his credit he didn't spill a thing. In his defense it was getting a little dark so he wasn't able to see that he was stepping over air.

I am beginning to get into Christian music now. Some groups/people I like are: Nicole Mullen, Newsboys, Casting Crowns, Kutless. The old groups I used to like are too many to mention.

I compromise all the time. Having it my way all the time isn't all that important. But something I compromised on without really wanting to is hard to recall. Isn't every compromise something we don't want to do?

I have met people off the Internet before and I am serious about meeting people and making friends. Also, I am serious about finding the right one. Sorry that it takes time before the right one is discovered but some we meet do become friends. I wish it were easier than this but it’s not. I know I have met some who have wished would be the right one, but they had to let me know I wasn’t what they are looking for and the same is true that there have been some who I have had to let know that our relationship can’t be more than just being friends. At that point the friendship is often dissolved. Not because a friendship wasn’t possible but because our time spent in search of the right one didn’t allow for the extra time of just being friends. It is just hard to juggle time spent with someone who won’t become anything more than a friend when we have to use that time in search of finding the one who will become more than a friend.
