My typical day:

I get up about 5am and walk/run. Go to the gym mornings a week and wlift. I arrive at work about 8am. Work until 4,5,6. Drive an hour homenot my favorite thing, eat dinner in bed by around 9 or 10. Tend to get cabin fever on Thursdays so may go to happy hour or out for dinner with friends.
