My typical day:

I grew up on a small farm roaming in the woods, in the creek in the summer and on the ice in the winter, camping in the summer, etc., and I haven't grown tired or too old to enjoy being outside. And am fortunate to live in an area where there are more bicycling trails on old railroad grades and hiking trails in state and county parks than one could do in several days.
So an afternoon, mornings are okay also, of bicycling, hiking or walking around, canoing and taking picnic food that doesn't spoil easily like pb&j, fruit, snack bars, a pc or two of candy and tea or water, yeah it's not very exotic but darn practical if one finds pleasure and enjoyment in being out and about.
