Physically, I like someone who is shorter than me. A "few extra pounds" is OK, but I'm not interested in very large women. Overall, you should look like you take care of yourself and care about your appearance and health. I'm not looking for some high-maintenance beauty queen, just someone who's not gonna die on me in 10 or 15 years.
Mentally, I like someone who is quick-witted and perceptive. I appreciate unconventional thinking and want to be with someone who can surprise me with their ideas from time to time. I'm not interested in a flowery dress-wearing grandma who's idea of a good conversation revolves around petunias and quilting bees.
Emotionally? Even tempered, able to compromise, good anger management skills. I'm a guy, what do I know about emotions? :P
