This ones from my childhood. My cousin and I were riding my horse. It was summer and kinda hot. We were riding through a field when my horse decided she'd rather be home. So she took off at a dead run. We were laughing so hard that we fell off. She went of one side, and i went off the other.The horse, she went home. We found her waiting at the pature fence.

When someone lets me know that they accept me for who I am without asking me to change to meet his ideals, I feel comfortable just being me. I can allow the other person to see the real me, my fun loving, generous, sensative, compasionate, passionate ME. They'll want to be around the me that I am.

I find it easier to compromise than cause a war. Give a little get a little. Conflict resolution 101. You start walking your way and I'll start walking mine. We'll both meet in the middle neath the old pine. Now that's compromise.
