Country, country blues, bluegrass, rock, anything acoustically oriented. I'm a nut for that acoustic guitar. Groups are Jack Johnson, David Wilcox, Nickel Creek, Country Blues Artists like Guy Davis, MJH, and bands like Tom Petty and the Grateful Dead I've enjoyed in the past.

I'm a great listener, so people are put at ease by that. Something about the way I talk with people has them telling me things they never meant to say. It's good to understand someone, especially a partner, so I try for that.

Are you willing to compromise in difficult times and situations?

You have to be careful with compromise. It is an essential part of a relationship but it can lead to abandoned dreams. I've never compromised who I was or what dreams I had, and wouldn't expect my partner to either. I guess the best way to answer this is to say that oftentimes we realize that our partner is more important than some of our fantasies, so we grow out of them, as oppose to give them up. That's the way I see it.

I'm willing to try something new. Seems like another avenue for getting yourself out there to the world, so why not meet someone? Met someone off the internet once, and she was not my type at all. But it was a fun experience.

I'm looking to meet people to enjoy their company. I was in the 'must get married' mindset for a while for some reason, and now I realize there is a lot of life to be lived before I enter into something that serious. It is still sonething I'd like to do, but I want it to be a choice of wisdom and love, and not youthful passion.

Man, I'm on vacation, does this count? I wake up and go to the gym or go for a run, eat breakfast, shower, kick back for the day by the pool with a book or go exploring in the city. I'm getting back into photography so that should be fun, something to do with my day.
