There is no scorecard in life -
I grew up surviving each day, learning to forgive and forget. I don't keep a scorecard, and I can't remember in particular what has bothered me.
You are who you are, and I am who I am. We can each influence the other, but, for all of our faults and imperfections, we can learn to love them, learn to live with them, or learn to let them go.

A short story to help you understand -
A young lady I met reminded me that I am an attractive desirable man, with plenty to offer. It was something I had forgotten for a very long time.
She was honest and straight forward. She didn't dance around any topic - she asked for the 'not-so-sugar-coated-ben', and I gave it to her - she told me straight out what she thought - her candid nature put me right at ease.
I can be 'fresh', 'sweet', 'cute' and as much of a gentleman as I know how to be. I will ask permission to hold your hand. I may loose myself in your eyes. If you allow me to hug you, I might ask to kiss you. If I blow a tender kiss on your neck and send shivers down your spine, don't loose track of that feeling.

My typical day:

A typical weekday in the life -
I usually tell my alarm clock to go back to sleep shortly after 5am, (for some reason it feels the need to talk my ear off before I'm even half awake!).
After I get my fill of coffee, I head toward the Tewksbury/Lowell line, praying that I don't get stuck behind some-one who agrees with the speed limit. If the wind is blowing in the right direction, I am usually at work shortly after 8am.
I work nearly non-stop, with just a few short trips to the coffee machine, (or if it's a really stressful day, outside for a relaxing taste of tobacco).
My outlook calendar reminds me to go to the gym every day around 1:30 - and I almost always comply. The workout and shower refresh my mind and body so I can get back at it hard for the rest of the day, which I try like hell to wrap up between 5 and 6, though, I don't always make it out the door when I want since I feel such a strong urge to finish what needs to be done.
The commute home is mindless with some favorite tune blowing my speakers. trying to melt the stress of the day away. I hit the fast lane hard, I don't tailgate, and use my blinkers to let folks know BEFORE I want to change lanes.
When I get home, I make sure the house is picked up, and make an honest effort to get my chores done. When all is settled, I usually spend some time on the computer, relax by the lake, or sit by the fire.
Weekends have no rules, so all is fair game!!!
