I LOVE music! I have very diverse tastes, and appreciate music in all of its forms, from rock and rap, to jazz and classical, to Indian folk music. Play me some music and odds are I will like it. My favorite bands vary constantly, but some of the groups that have consistently been my favorites include Metallica, Matchbox 20, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and the Smashing Pumpkins. Obviously I'm willing to meet people or I wouldn't be here. I like meeting new people, but I'm sort of getting sick of the whole bar scene, so I figured I'd try something new.

I pretty much enjoy doing the same things everyone else does. I enjoy extended wanderings on large stretches of sand near water :-P Movies (both in theatres or just renting) and going to bars and clubs are always good. Being a musician, I'm pretty big into live music, and love going to concerts and other forms of live entertainment (such as comedy clubs). Traveling, sports, and cultural things such as museums and historical stuff are also things that i am fond of.
A perfect date for me would probably be a nice quiet dinner someplace and then out to a jazz club.
