I have been with a woman that made fun of homeless people to me and also loudly put down a waitress in a crowded restaurant that was obviously inexperienced and flustered. This woman did it in front of her kids and I see her kids developing similar cruelties. I have had friends that were very judgmental of others and wanted me to join in in that kind of talk. That is some of what bothers me. Cheaters, weasels and snakes . Oh my.

My funniest life experience:

Better told in person. I am generally coordinated and poised with a decent sense of body space and position. Many of my funniest stories involve myself being uncharacteristically clumsy. Or one of my "duh" moments.

Too many to list. I like action flicks, I like fantasy flicks, I love sci-fi and I even like what people term as "chick flick". Titanic I liked, Star Wars, Star Trek(s), Armageddon, Pirates of The Carribean, Transformers, The Astronaut Farmer, Jason Bourne movies (new & old), Will Smith, Jack Nicholson, Adam Sandler, Underworld, Unforgiven, 3:10 to Yuma the list goes on. It has to be good.

Are you willing to compromise in difficult times and situations?

Am I willing to compromise? Show me someone that never compromised by age 30 and I will show you a bully. Some things there is no compromise on and many other things you compromise on. Sometimes you compromise more to their benefit and sometimes more to yours. Sometimes it's right down the middle but the best compromises are where you figure out how to have a win/win when that's possible. Relationships are give and take. Face it we are over 25. If ya leave the cap off the toothpaste over 25 I will figure your not gonna change that if you are still doing it after 25. So. I put the cap on and forget it. Not something to be an issue. Ya wanna smoke crack? Well, let's just say that's a deal breaker for me. No compromise there. I'm not gonna agree for you to only smoke it around me every 2nd Wed. So yeah, I can compromise but we all need to use judgment on that one.

Yes. I have met people that I have gotten to know on the net. Most in friendship capacities (as in meeting both sexes that were friendships developed from chatrooms) and one that I met from a dating site (female as I am hetero). One? Well that's because I am relatively new to the net-dating thing but I like the concept. I have met someone over 800 miles away that I find interesting and attractive. Yes. I would travel that far and more.

I have been separated for a year now with no communication with my future to be ex during that time. I am here for friendship and companionship with the opposite sex. My friendships that have developed over the past years tend to last. I think it takes two different (yet similar) sets of skills to develop a friendship and to sustain/maintain a friendship. I possess both.
