The Lack or Will to communicate. Even NEGATIVE communication is COMMUNICATION. A person not willing to tell me there's an issue when there is one. I'm not looking for a fight or an arguement. But I find that people just don't have what it takes to tell what's on their mind.

I am a very attentive partner. I'm told by my friends that I'm a very good listener. I will rarely give my own opinion unless asked for. But, I play a very good Devil's Advocate. My point is: I don't like to see a situation that is bad or going bad get worse. I will do WHATEVER it takes to get a situation resolved to mutual satisfaction. I have no problem compromising, in a given situation so long as there is communication, a mutual compromise, and it's towards a goal. I believe in equal give and take.
