I'm a very laid back person who is easygoing and low maintenance. There are so many things that I enjoy doing, so I'm not hard to please. I definitely do NOT consider eating a past-time though. I'm more of the mindset that you eat to live rather than live to eat. I like to take good care of myself by eating healthy (well, at least 95% of the time), staying in touch with God through meditation, exercising by walking, playing tennis, riding my bike, dancing, hiking, and working out at home. I'm a very loving and affectionate person and truly treasure the people in my life that I call friends and family. I get my greatest joy out of surprising people with little gifts and kind deeds. I can be sensitive emotionally, but I'm also sensitive to other people's feelings and have a very hard time being selfish. However, I'm not a pushover and am very capable of standing up for myself. I trust everyone until they give me reason not trust them and then I have a hard time trusting them again. I laugh very easily and can cry easily as well. I enjoy learning new skills and learning about different cultures.

When a man is very comfortable with himself and who he is, I am comfortable around him. I love a man who can tickle my funny bone and appreciate my crazy sense of humor. I love to be treated like a lady but not hovered over like I'm breakable. I get along with absolutely everyone because I treat others the way I would like to be treated, with respect and kindness. And I'm very free with flattery and compliments. I can find at least a few things to like in everyone. We all have redeeming qualities. I enjoy socializing very much and those in my company can sense that right away.

I decided to give this site a try because, first of all, it's free. Secondly, I've tried other services and have had very little luck meeting anyone with whom I had chemistry. I'm rather fed up with constant disappointment and with men who are fronters, players, and womanizers. It would be very refreshing to meet someone truly and sincerely genuine who would look at me as a person with a heart, mind, and soul rather than objectifying me for what I can do for them.

My wish list is made up primarily of travel destinations. I'd love to visit Las Vegas, Colorado, San Diego, San Francisco, Atlanta, Charleston, Key West, Punta Cana (Mexico), St. Lucia in the West Indies, Ireland, Italy, and Spain.but that's all LOL! I'm taking Salsa lessons and would love to get good enough to compete even on a very small scale. Music has always been a big part of my life, and I'd like to master the piano and sing in some capacity. Maybe a lounge singer! Now that would be awesome! And, yes, I can sing :-) I'd also like to write a book.
