Honesty. I've had some dates from the singles websites and a lot of the men were not honest about everything and a lot of them play games. My friends have been all okay but sometimes they don't keep in touch like they should. I also break the ice first by calling them first. Then you have the friends that don't return your calls. As told by my friends, I am a "nut" but a good nut. I have quite a few friends and we get together every now and then and have a good time. We play card games, board games, go to movies, dancing, etc. That is what keeps me going. Since I've been unemployed for 8 months, my friends have kept me insane and kept me out of depression.

Are you willing to compromise in difficult times and situations?

I was going out with a very nice man who really cared for me but he was a big smoker and wouldn't quit. I compromised with him when he came to my home. I don't allow smoking in my home so he had to smoke in the porch.

Yes I have met people off the internet before. As a matter of fact, the last one I met was my dancing parther for over five years. He is very sick and has MS and can no longer dance with me. That's why I am back on the internet. The problem is, most of the guys I meet on the internet are just on some sites for fun. I'm not.

I am starting from scratch and ready to find a new partner whether it be for dancing and dating or for a long term relationship. I prefer a long term relationship. Most single people do not like being alone. I have met a lot of them. That's why most of them are on these site. (I hope I am right about this).

I had a job last year but my job was teminated. So now, I am currently unemployed. I have been keeping myself busy by temping, working a part-time job and just doing things around the house. I have joined a new church and joined their singles group and have been hanging out with my new friends. I also do ballroom dancing on the weekends.

My Wish List Includes:

My wish list, h mm. I would love to take a cruise or travel to other countries like Italy, Australia and Ireland. Ireland would be first. I would also like to get back into owning a horse. I used to have horses when I was younger and I still love them. However, since I have been thrown quite a few times, I would prefer to drive them with a their cart.
